1. GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.

How do I track my order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

What is the material of this product?

How do I store my tin? 

Keep the product how you would normally keep skincare cosmetics, no special conditions required.


However, our tallow skincare is free from preservatives and other nasty chemicals. If you are in a warm climate and your tallow slightly melts, place your tin in the fridge for a short while to harden again.This means your butter or moisturiser may harden slightly in colder environments, this is normal.

How much do I use?

A little goes a long way with tallow skincare.


For use on the face, start with a pea sized amount and gently massage into the area. Let the tallow absorb before applying another further cosmetics such as make-up. 

 

For use on the body, a fingertip full size should be good for an area of the body. Massage into the skin and let the tallow absorb into the skin fully for the maximum benefits.
